Return Policy
All orders are carefully double-checked before being sent to customers, so you can buy any of our products with confidence. All warranty services are effective from the date of receipt of the product. If the product fails during the warranty period, we will accept returns if the failure is due to quality problems rather than damage or misuse by you.
1. Warranty Terms
Defective products are covered by a 30-day manufacturer's warranty (excluding damage after receipt, misuse, and logistics problems).
Defective products must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (if possible, please use the original packaging). You need to inform us of the defect and provide the order number. We do not provide repair or replacement services for products that have expired.
2. Product Damage Handling Procedure
In rare cases, rough handling by the courier may cause physical damage to your product, such as product cracking. If this happens, please follow the steps below:
If possible, make a complaint directly to the courier's delivery representative before signing for the goods. They will inform you of the complaint process.
If you have already signed for the package, take photos showing the damage and contact the courier's local office to file a complaint. They will have a complaint process so that you can get compensation.
Next, please contact us immediately with your order number and a detailed description/photo of the problem with the damaged product. We will communicate with the courier.
Once the courier confirms the situation is true, they will compensate us and we will pass this compensation on to you. The amount of compensation varies from case to case and from courier to courier. In some cases, you may need to pay for the cost of shipping the damaged product back to us so that we can send you a new one.
3. Product damage after use for a period of time process
If you encounter quality problems during the warranty period, you will enjoy corresponding protection. Each product has a specific warranty period (if it is not stated in the product listing, please contact us by email). In this case, please provide the following proof:
Photos of the front and back of the original packaging of the product.
Photos or videos of the defective product.
Photos, videos or screenshots showing the malfunction of the defective product.
Once the problem is confirmed, we usually provide you with a refund or exchange service. Refunds will be completed within 36 hours after customer service confirmation. Sometimes you may need to ship the defective product back to us free of charge for repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we are responsible for arranging the airmail re-shipment shipping costs.
4. Warranty Exemptions and Notes
Degradation of product performance due to normal wear and tear and breakage/damage during use are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our warranty.
If the customer damages/misuses the product, the product warranty will be immediately invalidated. In this case, no compensation will be made. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement parts or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original price of the part and shipping costs for shipment.
All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before they can be returned. If the customer returns the package without prior authorization (Return Authorization Form), sends it to the wrong address, returns the wrong item, or sends it back empty, no compensation will be made in these cases.
5. Special Notes
The shipping costs of returning the product to us are paid by the customer.
During the return shipping process, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, consumption taxes or duties incurred during the return of the product. In this case, we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
By default, we use flat rate mailing to send products to customers. If customers want to use a faster mailing method, they need to pay the corresponding shipping fee.
Please pay attention to the return information and contact us again if there is a prompt message.
Customers only need to pay shipping costs once at most (including return costs); no storage fees will be charged to consumers for product returns.
